Bug Fixes
  • Transcription sync — Fixed a race condition where transcripts occasionally failed to attach to the correct HubSpot call record when two calls ended within seconds of each other.
  • macOS Universal binary — Resolved a crash on launch affecting macOS 14.5 Sonoma when running on Apple Silicon with Rosetta emulation disabled.
  • Call transfer — Blind transfer to an external number no longer drops the original caller if the destination rings for more than 30 seconds.
  • Contact search — Fixed an issue where searching by company name returned no results for contacts with no first or last name set.
  • Windows installer — The installer now correctly removes the previous version's registry entries before writing new ones, preventing duplicate start-menu entries after an upgrade.
Improvements
  • Audio codec — Opus codec bitrate is now adaptive based on available bandwidth, reducing call drops on constrained connections.
  • Startup time — Cold launch time reduced by approximately 20% on both Windows and macOS by deferring non-critical plugin initialisation.
  • CRM screen-pop — The inbound screen-pop now displays the deal stage alongside the contact name when the caller is linked to an active HubSpot deal.
  • Platform security — Centralised security headers at the infrastructure level and enforced TLS 1.2+ across every service. Tested across Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari with no regressions — applied automatically, no action required.

Bug Fixes
  • Voicemail playback — Fixed audio distortion when playing back voicemails recorded on certain Android devices running GloCOM GO.
  • Do Not Disturb sync — DND status set on the desktop app now correctly reflects on the mobile app within 5 seconds.
  • Linux .deb — Resolved a dependency conflict with libasound2 on Ubuntu 24.04 that prevented installation.
Improvements
  • Transcript accuracy — Updated speech model improves accuracy for numbers, postcodes and common UK business terminology by 4 percentage points.
  • Notification tray — Missed call notifications on Windows now include a callback button that dials the caller directly from the notification.

  • AI Voice Agents — Preview of the AI Voice Agent product, allowing businesses to deploy conversational AI on their inbound call flows. Powered by Telnyx.
  • Multi-CRM Integration — The one-CRM-per-tenant limit is gone. Multiple CRMs, including a new Odoo connector, can now run in parallel on the same account, each user authenticating individually.
  • Event Publisher — Every call event (start, connect, update, finish) is now published in real time as a structured webhook, with native support for Zapier, n8n and Dify.
  • CC Lite — ERG Callback, Live Wallboards and Scheduled Reports are now available on Multi-Tenant and Business editions with no migration and no separate VPS required.
  • AI Hub — A single admin screen for configuring every AI provider used across the platform — speech-to-text, text-to-speech and real-time voice — with no middleware and per-tenant cost visibility.
Improvements
  • Multi-device presence — Presence status and DND now propagate across all devices in under 3 seconds (previously up to 30 seconds).
  • HD voice — Wideband (16 kHz) audio now enabled by default on all calls between Circle Voice users.
  • Mobile battery usage — GloCOM GO background battery consumption reduced by approximately 35% through optimised SIP keep-alive intervals.

Bug Fixes
  • Windows audio devices — Fixed a regression where switching default audio devices while on a call caused the active call to mute unexpectedly.
  • iOS push notifications — Resolved a token expiry issue causing missed inbound call notifications on iOS after 7 days without app restart.
  • Call recording — Fixed an edge case where recordings of calls longer than 4 hours were not saved to the archive.
Improvements
  • Reduced installer size on Windows by 18 MB by removing unused locale bundles.
  • Call history now loads 2x faster on accounts with over 10,000 call records.

  • SIP security — TLS 1.3 is now enforced for all SIP signalling. TLS 1.1 and 1.2 connections are rejected at the server level.
